is a small detail knife, it really gets
in the small spots. The handle is smaller than Deepwoods' other knives
- 7/8" at its widest point. This gives you the option of a pencil grip
for great control. They call it a string beaner because it is long and
skinny like a string bean. Throughout production testing they would
always say "give me the string beaner", and the name just stuck.
